mid-afternoon metabolism latte
Such a great afternoon pick-me-up.
Makes: 1
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup nut mylk 
- 1/2-1 cup water 
- 1 scoop/packet metabolism powder 
- splash of maple syrup 
- 1 tbsp collagen protect OR… 
- 1 scoop of Sunwarrior collagen 
- 1 tsp cinnamon 
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a glass/yeti/tumbler, then using a frother, blend together. Add ice + straw and enjoy! 
hot metabolism latte {caffeinated option}
My fave to sip as an afternoon delight or use as your morning drink!
Makes: 1
Ingredients:
- 1 cup boiling water 
- 1 scoop/packet metabolism powder 
- 1 tbsp coconut oil 
- splash of maple syrup 
- splash of mylk (I love oat) 
- option to add in 1-2 espresso shots (I omit) 
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a large mug & froth. 
metabolism revving smoothie
The best way to start the day (with functional plants)
Makes: 1
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup nut mylk 
- 1-2 frozen bananas 
- 1 scoop/packet metabolism powder 
- 1-2 cups of greens (spinach and/or kale) 
- 1 tbsp almond butter 
- 1 tsp cinnamon + dash of cayenne 
- optional: 1/2 cup frozen cherries and/or one pitted date 
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender & blend on high until smooth. If too thick, add more milk. If too thin, add another 1/2 banana.
